Policies

    Check-in and Check-out Policy:

  • Check-in: 3:00pm Check-out: 11:00am
  • Minimum age to register is 21 with government issued photo ID and credit card required.
  • We accept all major credit cards.
  • Early check-in and late check-out vary depending on dates and times.
  • Traveling with children: Children under 12 stay free when occupying the parent or guardian’s room, using existing bedding.
  • Extra bed (rollaway) for $20 USD.
  • Infant beds if needed for $10 USD.
  • Cancellation Policy:

  • 48 hours prior to arrival for no charge anything less will be charged for the first night.
  • Smoking Policy:

  • 100% Smoke Free, including e-cigarettes, in all guest rooms. A fee of up to $250 USD will be assessed for smoking in a non-smoking room. Please ask front desk for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas.
  • Pet Policy:

  • We are pet friendly for dogs only.
  • The pet fee is $15 USD per day/per pet, which is non-refundable.
  • Service dogs stay for free.
  • Pets are to be kept on a leash when on hotel property unless in a guest’s room.
  • Pets are not left unsupervised. Guests are held responsible for their pets. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. The pet owner is liable for any additional costs associated with their pet, including additional room costs, damages, or additional cleaning.
  • Undeclared Pet Fee: A charge of $75 will be incurred for an undeclared pet, per pet per night.
  • Indoor Pool and Hot Tub:

  • Open from 10:00am to 10:00pm.
  • Kids under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by an adult while in the water or out of the water.
  • Food and beverages are not allowed.
  • Parents are responsible for their own kids.
